Artist in Residence Sept. 29 – Oct. 15
Hallie Sanclemente Morrison is a first-generation Colombian-American interdisciplinary
a/r/tographer, curator, and community organizer decolonizing their ways of being. With Indigenous Mayan roots from Guatemala, and Muisca roots from Colombia, their socially engaged arts practice revolves around “living inquiry” and “becoming indigenous to place” (Kimmerer,) which has led them to found The Great Listening, as well as the ReHuman School, alongside Diné scholar Dr. Lyla June Johnston.
Natural Healers Card
A re-newed project of distributing Natural Healer cards is happening. We have started to share these cards with others. If you would like cards to share with others in your circles of friends contact us with your snail mail address.
The natural healers are based on our Studio M* co-founders experience with re-evaluation co-counseling theory and our growing theory of aesthetic-sourced practices. These cards remind us to refresh ourselves daily with loving attention from another being to interrupt the effects of fear, distress, oppression and trauma.
